IDS i20

The IDS i20 can process up to 210 tests per hour for a spectrophotometric methods  e.g. Angiotensin Conversion Enzyme or up to 140 tests per hour in chemiluminescence e.g. SHBG).

For our autoimmunity panel, the average Time To First Result is bellow 25 minutes while the average throughput is above 70 tests per hour.

The IDS i20 is a random access, continuous loading device with a convenient day long capacity for system consumables and reagents.

Its loading capacity of 90 samples gives you a comfortable walkaway time.

The analyser wakes up automatically with an auto check routine so that you are ready to go when you arrive at the lab.

At the end of the day, just wipe off the sampling probe then the  instrument cleans itself.

The IDS i20 can process simultaneously 90 samples with 20 different reagents.

The reagents come in barcoded cartridge format with 2D barcode file lot upload. Capacity of cartridges varies from 50 to 100 tests.

The sampling needle is equipped with level capacity sensor, foam detection and clot detection for better sampling reliability.

The sample racks accept all standard tubes including micro cups. Each sample can be identified manually or automatically by barcode reading.

The reagent area is cooled to 14°C for higher stability. The system manages in-use, on board and lot stability monitoring.

The sampling probe is mounted on a high speed auto adjusted arm.

We are using a high rinse pulsed cleaning between each analysis to make sure no contamination affects your results.

Every reaction is temperature controlled at 37°C ±1°C.

The quality of the results is guaranteed with accurate calibration and quality control management.

Detection is performed by high performance luminometer and spectrophotometer.

The IDS i20 is a standalone platform with dimensions L 134cm x H 148cm x D 60.5cm. It weighs at maximum 320 kg when fully loaded with samples, reagents, system consumables and spares.

The installation takes one day and a half, a 160 cm wide space in your lab, a standard 10 Amp power plug.

It does not require connection to a water system.

Operator will have a complete autonomy after the 1 day training with our specialists.
