System Installation

Before we install the device, we offer a pre-install check up to make sure the device fits perfectly into your lab. From Day 1, IDS are on-hand to ensure a swift and painless installation process. Prior to system set up, we will conduct a site survey to gauge your needs and then suggest the most suitable service level. Following this, relevant trainings will be organised so that as soon as possible after we complete system installation, you are up and running with your IDS system.

We will provide validation support (ISO 15189 – optional) and evaluations, taking your feedback to make improvements if required. We then usually recommend refresher training a month later to make sure you’re comfortable with your new system.
