Application Training and Advice
Our field-based IDS application support team is on-hand to assist our customers with any instrument and reagent related query. As specialists, they are equipped with the expertise to work through queries directly with our customers.
Bespoke training solutions where required, are fully customised and designed to meet the needs of our customers’ laboratory requirements. We recognise our customers may require training of differing technical levels; as such, we develop our training aligned to the needs of our customers’ different user levels. This ranges from basic operator level training to IDS-iSYS Multi-Discipline Automated System expert.
Qualified Customer Care Centres
Our regional customer care centres provide our customers with an on-demand service and support facility.
Regionalised Proximity Teams
Based in the field, our regional service teams are on-hand to support customers at their laboratory sites. Our service team is focused to resolve any issues for IDS customers in a timely manner to get customers’ laboratories back at maximum efficiency levels.
