Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC (IDS) is a producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, focusing on immunoassays used in the area of bone disease (for example, Vitamin D and bone formation/loss markers).

It designs, manufactures and sells immunoassay kits, which are used to measure or detect particular substances within a sample, thus aiding the diagnosis or monitoring of a disease or providing information for research studies. IDS manufactures its own tests and distributes these, along with other manufacturers' tests, directly in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the United States, and through third-party distributors in other territories. Its product areas include Vitamin D immunoassays, Octeia, SBA - Trap kits (RatTrap, MouseTRAP, and human BoneTRAP) and Gamma B. In July 2007, IDS completed the acquisition of Nordic Bioscience Diagnostics A/S.
