Exercise of Share Options and Total Voting Rights

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits, announces that on 17 November 2009, 108,446 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") were allotted in a board meeting to satisfy an exercise of options.

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.
