Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits, announces that on 23 April 2010, 2,674 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") were allotted in a board meeting to satisfy an exercise of options exercised under the Company's SAYE scheme.
